Federal Court Upholds Preliminary Injunction Blocking Executive Order Enforcement
A Federal Court has denied the motion from the Trump Administration to stay the preliminary injunction put in place by the federal judge in Baltimore last month. The preliminary injunction will remain in place and as a result, enforcement of this Executive Order has continued to be blocked.

HIPAA Breach Notifications Due
All HIPAA-covered businesses with less than 500 individuals must provide notification of breach to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services.
